K&L Gates Advises LBS Properties Limited on Their Development Management Appointment

Global law firm K&L Gates advised LBS Properties Limited, a real estate development and asset manager specialising in the office and living sectors of the Central London market, in connection with its appointment as development manager in relation to Victory Group’s high-profile acquisition and proposed refurbishment of 105 Jermyn Street, London SW1.

The London-based K&L Gates team was led by real estate special counsel Chris Swallow who was supported by private equity partner Julian Grant and construction senior associate Jim Alexander.
