K&L Gates Advises LIGHTEL on US$10.5 Million IPO on Taipei Exchange
Global law firm K&L Gates advised US fiber optics company LIGHTEL Corporation on its US$10.5 million initial public offering on the Taipei Exchange.
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Seattle, Washington, LIGHTEL designs, manufactures, and supplies a broad range of products and services for the global fiber optics industry. It operates R&D, manufacturing, and management centers in the United States, China, and Taiwan.
The team that advised LIGHTEL on the listing was led by Taipei partners James Chen and Cheryl Hsieh, with support from counsel Albert Wang. Seattle-based partner Christopher Cunningham advised on US legal issues.
