K&L Gates Advises Mölnlycke on Acquisition of German Medical Technology Company SastoMed

Berlin - Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised Mölnlycke Health Care AB, one of the world’s leading companies for medical solutions, on the acquisition of SastoMed GmbH from SanderStrothmann GmbH.
Founded in 2010, SastoMed is a German company which has developed and commercialized two oxygen-based wound care products central to this acquisition. With this transaction, Mölnlycke expands its wound care portfolio with new innovative products.
K&L Gates has been working with Mölnlycke for many years. The transaction also included structuring and securing patent protection for the SastoMed products.
