K&L Gates Advises Ridgepost Capital on Dubai Expansion

Global law firm K&L Gates has advised Ridgepost Capital (NYSE: RPC), formerly known as P10, Inc., a leading private markets solutions provider, on the opening of its new Dubai office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Ridgepost Capital’s new Dubai office is licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and will deepen the company’s long-term commitment to the United Arab Emirates, supporting client partnerships across the Middle East. Through the opening of the new office within the DIFC, Ridgepost Capital and its clients will benefit from the advantages provided by working within the DFSA’s regulatory framework.

The deal was led by Dubai partner Farah Al-Nabulsi and senior associate Zaid Abu-Shattal.
