K&L Gates Advises Stellex on Strategic Investment in Cisco Equipment

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised private equity investment firm Stellex Capital Management LP on its strategic investment in Cisco Equipment in partnership with Cisco’s founding family (the Siberts) and other management. The K&L Gates team that advised Stellex was led by Pittsburgh and New York partner Vanessa Spiro and also included New York partner Lorraine Massaro, Pittsburgh partner Henry Snyder, and associates Geoff Locher (Pittsburgh) and Kevin Szu-Tu (New York).
