Houston and Fort Worth - The Houston office of Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) has recognized K&L Gates LLP Houston associate Hannah Warren and Fort Worth associate Andrew Knop with the 2020 KINDest Pro Bono Advocates Award and Houston paralegal Mai Truong with the 2020 One of a KIND award for their exceptional contributions to KIND, a global leader in the protection of unaccompanied refugee and migrant children.

“It is an honor for K&L Gates, Hannah, Andrew, and Mai to be recognized with these awards,” said Newark partner and chair of K&L Gates’ Pro Bono Committee Rosemary Alito. “We treasure our long-term partnership with KIND and are proud to utilize our pro bono resources to serve in their cause.
