Kenneth Tan

Kenneth Tan is counsel in the firm’s Energy, Infrastructure and Resources practice group. As a dispute resolution lawyer, Kenneth advises and represents multinational corporations, government entities and high net-worth businesses in contentious matters. He focuses on international commercial arbitration and has been involved in over thirty arbitrations in more than a decade of practice experience. Those proceedings cover a wide range of governing laws (from both common law and civil law jurisdictions), arbitral seats and arbitral rules of the world’s leading arbitral institutions. Kenneth’s dispute resolution practice covers a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors. He also has substantial experience with joint venture, post M&A and other business combination disputes. 

Kenneth graduated summa cum laude from Singapore Management University and is dual-qualified in Singapore and England and Wales. 

Before joining the firm, Kenneth was counsel in a specialist international arbitration boutique based in Singapore and, prior to that, practiced international arbitration for several years with international law firms.
