Leigh Krafchek is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice. Leigh’s practice focuses on advising issuers, underwriters and investors on a broad range of capital markets transactions across both public and private securities offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on underwritten and registered direct offerings, at-the-market programs and private placements. Leigh also advises on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, stock exchange listing compliance and corporate governance matters. He has particular industry experience in life sciences and biotechnology.
