Liam Fitt is a trainee solicitor in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. He aids in advising on the regulation of a wide range of investment funds, often with a significant international dimension. In addition, he advises on the regulation and launch of private funds across several investment scenarios.

Prior to joining the team, Liam gained experience in debt finance and aviation, real estate, and dispute resolution and litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Liam served as a paralegal with a boutique law firm, where he worked within the firm’s healthcare practice. He has supported in the conduct of complex, high-value litigation. This includes through assessing fact patterns, delivering chronologies and coordinating expert reports.

Alongside his legal training, Liam has completed studies in practical filmmaking at the MetFilm School, London. He utilises his creative arts background in finding novel and practical solutions for clients.
