Lindsey Taulbee is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice group. She was a summer associate of the firm prior to becoming an associate. Through this role, she aided in due diligence tasks, compiled research governing SEC rule declarations, and assisted in a pro bono asylum project with cross-office leadership. Additionally, Lindsey gained experience while working as a research assistant for one of her law professors on behalf of an independent agency of the United States federal government. During this time, she coded research to learn about how the courts interact with materials requested through the Freedom of Information Act, organized data findings, and collaborated with a research team.
