Lorraine joined K&L Gates as a seasonal clerk in 2022 working in the technology sourcing and banking finance teams. In 2023, Lorraine was a paralegal in the litigation and dispute resolution group, before commencing a position in K&L Gates' graduate program in 2024.
As a graduate, Lorraine worked in the tax, finance, and corporate groups. During this time she gained exposure to corporate and acquisition finance, direct and indirect tax advisory, technology sourcing transactions, and privacy and intellectual property matters across a variety of client sectors.
Prior to her law career, Lorraine was a primary educator and tertiary trainer in Sydney.
