Marcus Fogarty is a senior associate in the firm's Finance practice. He advises clients on dispute resolution and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency, finance, contract and personal and real property disputes. His clients include companies, insolvency practitioners, government and individuals.
Marcus is experienced in all stages of civil litigation and has appeared in Victorian, New South Wales and Federal Court. He regularly instructs Counsel in larger complex matters in these and other jurisdictions, including in:
- Winding up applications and other matters arising out of liquidations and voluntary administrations;
- Complex contract disputes and debt claims; and
- Personal property security applications under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) and real property disputes.
