Martina Maggioni is an associate in the Milan office and is a member of the antitrust, competition & trade regulation practice group. She splits her practice into two core areas namely Antitrust and EU Regulatory law.
She provides assistance on various EU competition law matters including cartels, horizontal and vertical agreements, merger clearance, abuse of dominance and antitrust compliance as well as on the Italian foreign direct investment regime. She also advises international companies active in various industries to comply with various EU regulatory acts.
During her three years traineeship Martina gained experience both in Energy law (litigation and regulatory) and Administrative law (particularly in the field of public procurement). After her traineeship she moved to the firm’s office of Berlin for a secondment in the antitrust, competition & trade regulation practice group.
