Matthew Fernandes is a trainee solicitor. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew served as a junior negotiator at a global investment banking, securities, and asset and wealth management firm where he drafted global master repurchase agreements, cleared derivatives execution agreements, and prepared investment advisor representative letters, as well as reviewed ISDA agreements, futures contracts, prime brokerage agreements, and repurchase agreements.
