Mikhail is a lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, with a focus on complex commercial litigation and disputes. His experience includes acting and advising in various jurisdictions in public liability and personal injury claims as well as contractual, leasing, franchising and employment disputes. Mikhail also has experience in insolvency, regulatory prosecution, sports law, and Corporations Act matters.

As a member of the firm's Australian Innovation Committee, Mikhail has experience and an avid interest in using legal technology to assist his clients and streamline positive outcomes.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Mikhail joined the firm's graduate program in 2022. Since joining the firm, Mikhail gained significant experience working with international and domestic clients in a broad range of industries and sectors, including oil & gas, health, government, technology, retail, mining and metals, and sport. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mikhail worked at a national Australian firm and prior to that, a leading boutique commercial litigation firm servicing clients with an agribusiness and tourism focus. 

Mikhail is also a member of the firm's Australian Innovation Committee and a current tribunal member of the Football West tribunal panel.
