Our team also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, both within the industrial market and in private equity. Our IP Litigation and IP Procurement and Portfolio Management practices also play important roles in light of the implementation of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) Agreement to enforce European patents across Europe.
