Nachael is a member of the firm's Finance practice and has over 20 years of experience analyzing complex structured finance transactions. She regularly represents lenders, investors, and other financial institutions in a variety of secured and unsecured financial transactions, including loan servicing-related matters for performing and non-performing loans. Nachael has extensive experience representing servicers and special servicers in large loan transactions financed by commercial mortgage-backed securities and enforcement of remedies.
Nachael is active in the Mortgage Bankers Association, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, and is a member of the Real Property Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
