Olivia Stitz is an associate in the firm's San Francisco office. Olivia focuses her practice on disclosure, governance and management compensation matters for U.S. registrants, as well as equity and management compensation matters in extraordinary business transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Olivia was an associate in the San Francisco office of an international law firm, where she focused on similar matters. Olivia is a contributing author to the LexisNexis Securities Practice Guide.
Olivia received her J.D. from Arizona State University in 2021, where she was an Executive Articles Editor of the Corporate and Business Law Journal.
