Ragae Ghabrial is a registered patent lawyer with a background in biomedical engineering with an aggregate experience in engineering and intellectual property of more than fifteen years. He concentrates his practice on post-grant proceedings, patent procurement, and strategic portfolio management. He counsels clients on many facets of intellectual property including patentability, freedom to operate, patent validity, continuation strategies, and licensing practices.
