Our Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety lawyers advise employers on general employment issues; help draft policies and handbooks; and handle complex union, leave law, and wage and hour issues. We also assist clients in responding to agency investigations and represent them in discrimination, wage and hour, and other lawsuits filed in state and federal courts. Our team has extensive experience in conducting legal compliance and due diligence audits for clients and in evaluating potential acquisition targets.
Our Energy, Infrastructure, and Resources practice advises clients as they finance, site, and develop renewable resource and thermal generating projects, as well as electric transmission and interstate natural gas pipelines projects.
