The Senior Associate Forum for Europe & Middle East is a two-day, in-person development programme designed to support Senior Associates as they step into broader, more strategic roles within the firm. Bringing together colleagues from across offices and practices, the Forum focuses on strengthening business understanding, enhancing leadership capabilities, and building meaningful connections. Through interactive workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, participants develop the skills needed to contribute beyond technical delivery and lead with confidence and impact.
