Seth Ivey is a partner and a member of the Finance practice. Prior to joining the firm, Seth was an associate at a multinational law firm where he managed closing teams for loans originated on a time-sensitive basis to some of the world’s largest owners of commercial real estate, including numerous multibillion-dollar loans for single-asset, single-borrower CMBS securitizations. Seth also drafted and negotiated documents for various loan programs (including securitized and balance sheet loans, single-property and portfolio loans, and bridge and term loans) and reviewed loan diligence for originations, syndications, B-piece buyer investments, third-party purchases of CMBS risk retention, and warehouse facility onboardings.
