Stefan Dior is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice with experience advising on a broad spectrum of UK and EU competition law matters. His practice spans distribution and vertical arrangements, behavioural advice, market studies, merger control, subsidy control, competition investigations, and contentious competition. He also has experience advising on foreign direct investment under the National Security and Investment Act (NSIA), supporting clients in navigating the complexities of notification and clearance.
Stefan works with clients across a wide range of industries, spanning luxury, energy and construction to consumer goods and technology. His experience includes advising on the structuring of vertical and horizontal arrangements, governance of trade associations, and industry-wide initiatives.
In contentious contexts, Stefan has represented clients in both investigations by competition authorities, and in litigation concerning alleged abuses of dominance and other anti-competitive conduct. He has advised clients on risk exposure, preparing strategies to mitigate potential competition concerns, and responding effectively to regulatory scrutiny. Stefan has recent experience advising global brands in planning, implementing and executing their intellectual property enforcement strategies.
