Tamsyn joined K&L Gates' graduate program in 2024 working in the corporate, real estate, labour, employment and workplace safety and litigation and dispute resolution groups. During her time as a graduate she gained exposure to large-scale construction contracts and disputes, adjudication applications and responses, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital fundraising. employment advice, general protections and adverse actions, lawyer indemnity insurance claims and disputes.
