Taylor Yamahata is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice. Prior to joining the firm, Taylor served as an associate at a San Francisco law firm, focusing her practice on commercial litigation. She also was a judicial law clerk for Judge John Ehrlich in the Law Division of the Circuit Court in Cook County, where she worked on a variety of matters, including class actions, products liability, business, and insurance litigation. In law school, Taylor was senior editor on the Journal of International Law and Business, certified mediator at the Center for Conflict Resolution, and a member of the Women’s Leadership Coalition. Taylor also worked as a judicial extern to Justice Thomas Waterman on the Iowa Supreme Court. Taylor also has experience with employment, antitrust, and privacy matters.
