Tobias Kopp is a counsel and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Tobias was a litigation counsel at a Hanau-based industrial portfolio company. In this role, he was tasked with coordinating and strategizing relevant litigation and arbitration, reviewing mediation proceedings, reviewing pleadings and submissions from local counsel, and leading settlement negotiations with opposing parties.
