Tyler W. Wyckoff

Tyler Wyckoff is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office. He is a member of the Corporate and Acquisition Finance practice group.

Tyler represents institutional investors, private equity sponsors, and public and private corporations as lenders or borrowers in a broad range of finance transactions, including acquisition finance and general corporate finance transactions. He has experience with a variety of debt instruments including senior secured, second lien, unitranche, and mezzanine instruments. 

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Tyler served as a summer associate in the firm's Charlotte office. Through this role, Tyler prepared ancillary documents and disclosure schedules in connection with acquisition and debt transactions, and researched a variety of legal topics including NYSE board diversity initiatives, state contractor licensing requirements, and consumer protection statutes for corporate clients. Tyler also assisted with case research to prepare for a pro-bono guardian ad litem brief.

Prior to attending law school, Tyler worked as a credit analyst for a publicly-traded regional bank.
