Virginia Saylor is an associate in the firm's Finance practice. She represents institutional investors, private equity sponsors, and public and private corporations as lenders or borrowers in a broad range of finance transactions, including acquisition finance and general corporate finance transactions.
Virginia served as a summer associate prior to joining the firm. In this role, she worked on several projects and transactions within the Corporate practice.
