Yoo Ji Jang is an associate and a member of the Construction and Infrastructure practice group. She advises on contentious matters with a focus on complex infrastructure, construction, energy, and shipping.
Yoo Ji has experience with construction disputes arising from major projects around the APAC region, including international arbitration, and has worked with major employers and developers, advising on issues such as variation orders, defects and rectification works, release of retention sum, payment claims and final account settlement.
Yoo Ji also advises international shipping and energy clients on dealing with claims relating to demurrage, cargo quality, vessel off-hire and application of force majeure, laycan and payment obligation provisions.
Yoo Ji is fluent in Korean and English.
