Zachary Halpern is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Zachary’s practice has an emphasis on complex litigation and government enforcement. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at an international law firm where he represented a global engineering and construction firm in a contract dispute, advised a global financial services company on an SEC settlement implementation, and more.
