Amy Kerlin is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Amy was an associate at the Pittsburgh office of an international law firm where she focused her practice on restructuring and insolvency, complex commercial litigation, financial services litigation, and governmental regulatory enforcement. She was counsel of record in multiple cases, including to a plaintiff healthcare manufacturing company in a US$200M breach of contract and fraudulent inducement action related to sale and purchase of personal protective equipment in Missouri federal court.
