Represented Pine Wind Power Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Taiwan-based renewable energy developer J&V Energy Technology Co Ltd (TWSE: 6869), in its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Zhao Young Co., Ltd from GRP II Taiwan UK Limited, a fund managed by Global Infrastructure Partners.

Served as issuer's counsel to StemCyte International, Ltd. (TPEX: 4178), a leading regenerative cell therapy company, in its initial public offering and primary listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
