Brandon McEvoy is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Brandon has extensive experience advising on complex corporate, commercial, and contentious matters, with a strong focus on high-value disputes, schemes of arrangement and major resources transactions. His work spans acting in significant Supreme Court and Federal Court proceedings involving commercial disputes in the mining and aviation sectors, members and creditors schemes and insolvency matters. Brandon has also advised on critical incidents, student misconduct matters (including chairing disciplinary tribunals), regulatory investigations and transnational education.
