Coleman graduated magna cum laude from the George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Coleman worked as a research assistant for two professors and received the Jamie Grodsky Prize for Environmental Law Scholarship. His law school work experience included judicial internships at the Lancaster Court of Common Pleas, the Court of Federal Claims, and with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commissions Office of the Administrative Law Judges. Coleman graduated summa cum laude from Millersville University, where he majored in Government, Policy, and Law.
