Dariia Mokhnachova is an associate and a member of the International Arbitration practice group. She focuses her practice on advising and representing clients in investment and commercial arbitration cases. She participated in complex and high-value international arbitrations under the UNCITRAL, ICSID ICC, SCC, LCIA, SAC, RSA, SAL and FCC Rules. She also regularly advises clients on matters involving the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments.
