Prior to joining K&L Gates, Dashini was a principal lawyer in the Legal Division of the Department of Education (Victoria) where she provided specialist technical and strategic legal advice in relation to tort claims, both litigated and non-litigated, involving Victorian government schools.
Dashini was also a legal practitioner and crown counsel with the Office of the Solicitor-General in Tasmania, where she acted for government departments and agencies in civil litigation and advisory matters.
