E. Conor Graham

E. Conor Graham is an associate and member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Conor’s experience includes conducting legal research, preparing bench memoranda, and drafting judicial opinions involving customs and trade disputes, including matters concerning tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. His experience also includes drafting legal memoranda related to securities law, corporate law, intellectual property litigation, and contract law, as well as participating in client meetings involving corporate and pro bono immigration matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Conor served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard K. Eaton of the US Court of International Trade, where he assisted with customs, trade, and tariff-related cases and collaborated with court personnel to support the timely resolution of matters. He also completed a federal judicial internship with the Honorable Daniel J. Stewart of the US District Court for the Northern District of New York, conducting legal research, assisting with draft opinions, and observing courtroom proceedings and discovery conferences. Earlier in his legal career, Conor was a summer associate with the firm, where he worked on matters involving securities, corporate, intellectual property, and contract law.
