Emily Young is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. She has experience in complex civil litigation matters including intellectual property, insurance, trade-secret, labor and employment, and commercial contract disputes. Emily has also researched substantive legal issues involving insurance defense litigation, privacy, regulatory affairs, and compliance, and assisted litigation counsel in drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
