Enia Gyan is counsel in the firm’s Finance practice. She regularly represents both borrowers and lenders on a broad range of debt financing transactions, including asset-based loans, syndicated and non-syndicated senior credit facilities, second lien credit facilities, and mezzanine and other junior debt financings in connection with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, recapitalizations, debt restructurings and liability management transactions. Enia’s clients include sponsor-backed and other public and privately held companies, private credit investment funds, direct lenders, and leading national and investment banks.
