REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Assisted an international real estate investment and development group with the regulatory and tax structuring of its joint venture investment into the ERA Fund (managed by an international asset management company) for the strategic acquisition and repositioning of the shopping center Grotte Center (AN).
Assisted a leading foreign banking institution with regulatory advice in connection with the refinancing of an Italian reserved real estate alternative investment fund (AIF), held by a Swiss real estate development and management group and managed by an asset management company (SGR). Specifically, the assistance involved a regulatory assessment of the guarantees provided by the borrower fund and its main unitholder for the transaction, which relates to an office property located in the heart of Milan's financial district (Via Turati).
