Gabrielle A. Humphrey

Gabrielle Humphrey is an associate and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. She has worked with clients across various industries, including computer and consumer electronics, enterprise software and IT, renewable energy, and hospitality and consumer services. Gabrielle has represented clients in all stages of litigation and has first-hand trial experience.

Gabrielle’s practice is focused on patent litigation in federal district court and before the International Trade Commission. She also has experience with trademark litigation, and administrative proceedings before the Public Utilities Commission of Texas. In addition to litigation, Gabrielle has assisted with various IP transactions, including IP assignments, data and technology licenses, SaaS agreements, and software development agreements. 

In addition, Gabrielle maintains an active pro bono practice through the firm’s Civil Cyber Rights Legal Project.

Gabrielle was a Summer Associate in the Austin office. Prior to joining the firm, Gabrielle worked for various non-profit organizations, focusing on legislative advocacy, legal aid, and impact litigation, in the areas of criminal justice reform, indigent defense, and educational justice. As a law student, Gabrielle provided pro bono legal services through Texas Law’s Actual Innocence Clinic and Parole Right Pro Bono Project, and was a member of the Chicano and Latin Law Students Association.
