Garth Andrews is a senior associate in the Finance practice, with over 10 years' experience advising clients on the structuring and negotiation of commercial loan arrangement, including conducting due diligence on borrowers, guarantors and proposed securities.
Garth also provides clients advice on corporate compliance and other Corporations Act related matters, as well as ancillary deeds and documentations. In addition, he has extensive experience in property transactions, ranging from residential and commercial conveyancing across all Australian jurisdictions (including in the context of mortgagee sales), sale and purchase of businesses and commercial and retail leasing matters, as well as estate planning and management.
Garth's clients include lenders, borrowers and high net worth individuals across a range of secured and unsecured loan transactions.
