Jacob worked as a mergers and acquisitions tax professional at a “Big 4” accounting firm in the United States. During his tenure, he performed buy-side and sell-side US federal tax due diligence, tax structuring, and tax modeling for domestic and cross-border deals. Jacob prepared tax structuring memoranda and performed calculations related to tax attributes and cash tax modeling.
During law school, Jacob completed a judicial internship with the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He was also a member of the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Tax Moot Court team where he participated as an oralist in an international tax moot court competition.
