Jaime Fell is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, he was a commercial litigation associate at a multinational law firm where he represented clients in complex commercial litigation disputes in state and federal court from prelitigation disputes through resolution, including development and implementation of case strategies. He also conducted legal research and prepared memoranda to clients and senior lawyers on procedural and substantive issues involving contract disputes, professional negligence, and business torts. Jaime is also experienced in advising clients on litigation risk, compliance issues, and pre-suit dispute resolution strategies, including advising national health systems in high-stakes disputes across a broad portfolio of cases.
