Jaime D. Fell

Jaime Fell is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, he was a commercial litigation associate at a multinational law firm where he represented clients in complex commercial litigation disputes across a wide range of industries and areas of law. His experience spans cases involving breach of contract, professional negligence, mass torts, product liability, personal injury, property and real estate, child sexual abuse, and business torts in both state and federal court. He handles all stages of litigation from pre-suit disputes through resolution, including risk-analysis, development and implementation of case strategies, all phases of discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, mediation, and trial preparation. Jaime is also experienced in advising clients on litigation risk, compliance issues, and pre-suit dispute resolution strategies, including advising national health systems in high-stakes disputes across a broad portfolio of cases.

Jaime obtained his J.D. from Penn State Law School where he was the Editor in Chief of the Penn State Law Arbitration Law Review, member of the National Mock Trial Team, and member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Hon. William I. Arbuckle, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Jaime was a summer associate at a Pittsburgh-based multinational law firm, where he later worked full time prior to joining the firm. He obtained his B.A. from Juniata College, where he majored in International Politics and Economics.
