Represented a multinational for-profit health insurance and healthcare services company in defeating DOJ lawsuit seeking to block acquisition of a healthcare technology company.
Represented Within Unlimited in defeating FTC lawsuit seeking to block Meta’s acquisition of Within Unlimited.
Represented a provider of full-service hotels in an antitrust class action alleging a conspiracy regarding online paid search advertising.
Represented a pro bono client in post-conviction proceedings in partnership with the New England Innocence Project.
