Jasmine has experience in professional indemnity claims, acting in complex and high value disputes for lawyers, accountants and financial advisers. She also advises on broader commercial disputes and regulatory matters.
Jasmine joined the firm's graduate program in 2025 and completed rotations across private and public mergers and acquisitions and funds management before settling in the Commercial Dispute and Resolution practice. During that time Jasmine gained experience with private business acquisitions, sales and investments, compliance with ASX listing rules and corporate governance and investment funds matters for clients in a variety of sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Jasmine worked for various senior and junior counsel in private practice and for senior counsel assisting the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability as a legal researcher.
