Jeffrey Paolone is an associate and member of the Capital Markets practice group. Jeffrey represents US-listed and cross-border issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in capital markets transactions, including PIPEs, registered direct offerings, underwritten public offerings, at-the-market programs, equity lines of credit, and convertible note facilities. His experience includes preparing Securities Act and Exchange Act filings, advising public companies on exchange listing and continued-listing requirements, corporate governance matters, disclosure obligations, and ongoing securities law compliance, and conducting corporate, securities, and intellectual property due diligence in connection with a range of transactional matters.
