Joshua Debinski is a lawyer in the Intellectual Property group in Melbourne. He advises clients in relation to trade mark and brand protection, copyright matters, intellectual property (IP) portfolios, trade mark searching and filing, opposing and enforcing trade marks. Clients include Australian and multinational brands across various sectors including consumer, fashion, beauty, financial services, education, automotive, health and life sciences.
Joshua first worked at the firm as part of the Seasonal Clerk program where he worked in the medical negligence team. He then joined the Graduate Program in February 2025 where he gained experience across various practice areas.
