Prior to joining the firm, Katie was a summer intern at firms in Allentown, Pennsylvania and Wilmington, North Carolina, where she assisted with corporate, commercial, and municipal matters. During law school, Katie was a clinical intern at Penn State Law's Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, where she advised clients on entity formation and corporate governance matters, and prepared organizational and commercial documents.
