Lucas Johncey is an associate and a member of the Construction and Infrastructure practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Lucas was a trainee solicitor at an international law firm where he focused his practice on commercial and banking litigation, as well as construction. Through this role he assisted on various contentious matters including acting for a major technology company in collective action proceedings in the Competition Appeals Tribunal; bringing claims against international banks in the Commercial Court; representing insolvency practitioners in proceedings over the mismanagement of an extensive real estate portfolio; and advising a major property developer on various matters relating to contractual disputes, injunctions, and landlord and tenant law.
